The Board of Supervisors voted Candyce Fleuhr Chimera as Chairwoman and Annette M. Long as Vice-Chairwoman for 2023 during last night's Board of Supervisors reorganization meeting. Congratulations Candyce and Annette! We look forward to another excellent year in Montgomery Township.
Candyce shared kind words about Tanya C. Bamford, who served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors for three years: “Tanya did a great job in steering this Township through some unknown times. It was admirable, and I thank her on behalf of the entire Township.”
Tanya thanked everyone for their support during her tenure as Chairwoman: “It was an honor, and I appreciate having the support of so many people, including my peers and colleagues on the Board of Supervisors. And of course, our phenomenal staff, who really made it easy and made us look good. Thank you to everyone.”
