REMINDER: All dogs in the state of PA MUST be licensed by January 1st of each year. Violators can be cited with a maximum fine of $300 per violation plus court costs.

If your dog gets lost, a current license is the fastest way to get him/her back. The small license fee helps the millions of dogs in the state by funding the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement.

Dog license mail-in forms can be obtained at the Montgomery Township building (1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936) Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Online dog licenses and more information can be found on the Montgomery County website by clicking here.
