NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the Montgomery Township Building, 1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936, until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The bids shall be publically opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM on the same day, for the following:

TOWNSHIP FACILITIES WASTE & SINGLE STREAM RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION & DISPOSAL

Bid Specifications, Bid Proposal Response Forms and Instructions to Bidders may be obtained at the Township Building, betweenn 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday or here on the Township's website. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 10% of the Bid and made payable to the Montgomery Township Board of Supervisors.

Bids will be considered for award at the November 24, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.
