Battery Recycling Program Discontinued

After years of successful operation and strong community participation, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue our battery recycling program. This change is due to ongoing challenges with staff resources, rising costs, and the increasing volume of batteries received.
We know this important program was valued by many. For residents still looking to recycle household batteries, we recommend checking with local retailers such as Staples and Home Depot, which offer free battery recycling services.
