Spring Valley Tennis Court Resurfacing Project Underway

Montgomery Township is excited to announce the resurfacing of the four tennis courts at Spring Valley Park as part of our 2025 Capital Investment Plan. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing recreational facilities for residents of all ages.

Following a competitive bidding process, the Board of Supervisors awarded the contract to Top-A-Court, LLC of Hatfield, PA, the lowest responsible bidder, with a contract amount of $261,160. The project was formally approved at the April 14, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting. Construction began on July 14, 2025, and will continue until the project is completed.

The resurfacing work will include:

  • Full reconstruction of the court surfaces
  • Installation of new nets and posts
  • Fresh striping for both tennis and pickleball play
  • Improved drainage and surface durability

This investment ensures that the courts remain a safe, high-quality space for community recreation for years to come. We look forward to welcoming residents back to the upgraded courts soon!
