Location: Montgomery Township Community & Recreation Center, Montgomeryville, PA

Montgomery Township CRC is seeking a dedicated and energetic SilverSneakers® Certified Instructor to lead engaging fitness and recreational programs for our community. This role involves planning and conducting in-person or virtual classes, ensuring participant safety, maintaining equipment, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Lead and supervise recreation and fitness activities 
  • Develop program curriculum aligned with CRC’s mission
  • Ensure participant safety and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain inventory and set up equipment
  • Communicate effectively with CRC staff

Requirements:

  • SilverSneakers® Certification – Required
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Pass pre-employment background checks and physical
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain required clearances and certifications
