Right-To-Know Law
Act 3 of 2008 is Pennsylvania's new Right-To-Know Law. On December 15, 2008, the Montgomery Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 9 that enacted the Right-to-Know Township Policy. It establishes the procedure by which Montgomery Township will address requests made to it for records under the Right-To-Know Law which took effect January 1, 2009.
