The agenda for the scheduled hearing is as follows:

1. Application #BCA-23-001 / Luxor Montgomeryville at 415 Stump Road – The applicant, Dan King, RA.(owner’s agent), has made an application requesting a variance from the provisions of 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2018 International Plumbing Code (IPC), and 2017 A117.1 in order to provide coed toilet facilities on the first floor of the proposed Luxor Montgomeryville apartment building project in lieu of separate gender facilities.
