The Route 202 Parkway is almost finished! In order to celebrate this historic milestone, Montgomery Township, Doylestown Township in conjunction with the 202 Parkway Task Force will be hosting a "Party on the Parkway," before the roadway is opened to traffic. The public will be invited to walk, bike, or stroll the roadway and shared use path between the New Britain Road Trailhead Parking Lot and Horsham Road on the morning of Sunday, September 9, 2012. Afterwards, the public will be invited to gather at the New Britain Road Trailhead Parking Lot to enjoy food and activities to learn about the roadway and bicycle safety.

Registration/Number Pick-up for the 5K Run Begins: 7AM
5K Run Begins: 8AM
Family Walk Begins: 8:15AM
Bike Ride from Horsham Road to County Line Road and back: 10:00AM
Due to the overwhelming popularity of the 5K Run, any registrations received as of today, August 23, 2012 will receive a t-shirt on a first-come, first-served basis, sizes may vary.
To celebrate the opening of the 202 Parkway- run on the parkway before it is open to traffic- once in a lifetime opportunity!
Proceeds of the run will be donated to the Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis Association.
Only 5K Run Participants need to register in order to participate.
