Mail your request to the Montgomery Township Police Department, Box 68, Montgomeryville, PA 18936-0068. In your request, include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) and a check or money order for fifteen dollars ($15.00), made payable to the Montgomery Township Board of Supervisors. Include in your request, the date of the accident and the name of the vehicle operator. Processing time is generally 1-3 days.

Parking tickets can be paid by mail or in person at the Montgomery Township Police station. The station is staffed twenty-four hours a day.
No, police officers respond to the scene of reported crimes. If you want to file a “late-reported” or “hit and run” accident, you must bring your vehicle to the police station. This will assist the officer investigating the accident. There are very few exceptions to this rule. Out-of-state operators or vehicle owners may file by telephone.
