Police Officer Minimum Requirements.

- High School graduate (or equivalent).
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
- Applicant must complete a competitive process consisting of physical and psychological examinations.

Police Radio Dispatcher
Applicant must be a high school graduate with good communications skills. Keyboard experience and computer skills preferred. Applicant must undergo a thorough background investigation and have no criminal history. General dispatching skills are preferred, however, we will train successful applicants. Valid PA driver’s license required.
Note: Over 25% of our sworn officers began their law enforcement career’s in Communications!
